To date, with Kürkçü Dükkanı İzmir, Kürkçü Dükkanı Alaçatı, Klasik Dükkan İzmir, Mini Klasik Dükkan, Ragyu Butcher, Ragyu Farm and 5C’s Event, the Group has successfully attracted attention with its innovative, unconventional and trend-setting approach, appealing to diverse audience segments.
By advancing its vision, Velvet Fox Group continues to enrich the gastronomy industry with new concepts such as Mr. Rag and Junior H. Burger, soon to be launched.

Ragıp Can Kutsal
After completing his studies in the United States and returning to İzmir, Ragıp Can Kutsal launched his entrepreneurial journey by bringing gastronomy and entertainment together at Kürkçü Dükkanı, offering a fresh perspective to the sector. He modernized the family legacy of animal husbandry to establish the Ragyu brand, transforming it into one of Turkey’s first artisan butcher + e-commerce platforms. Today, he continues to grow under the Velvet Fox Group umbrella with next-generation concepts such as Mr. Rag and Junior H Burger. With strategic foresight, sector knowledge and meticulous planning, he remains the co-founder of Velvet Fox Group’s visionary structure.
Burcu Kutsal
After graduating from Boğaziçi University, Burcu Kutsal began her career in communications, specializing in brand storytelling, event design and customer experience. In 2015, she founded THE5C’s, introducing an innovative breath to the corporate events market. She carried her creative yet operationally excellent perspective into the gastronomic brands she co-developed with her brother, Ragıp Can Kutsal. As one of the architects behind the strategic vision of brands such as Klasik Dükkan, Ragyu, Carcass and Mr. Rag, she stands out for her attention to detail and human-centered approach. Today, as a co-founder of Velvet Fox Group, she continues to build distinctive, strong and characterful brands.
